Day 65, S5 Stay in your high mindset – even if others won't
I have noticed that there are quite a few cocreators, who are struggling to hold on to their manifesting mindset. What seems to happen is that they are well centered, motivated and aligned with their higher self and then something happens, which pushes them off their focus and they start spiraling downward.
I think it is completely natural thing to happen, when you are shifting your thinking. The key is to notice when that happens, and take some action to stop spiraling and build your focus again.
Here are few tips how you can remain in your high spirits even if there are somewhat sour faces around you. First of all, remember it is your mindset you care about. The key for this is to create a supportive environment for you. This is what I do:
Something pushes me off, like yesterday it was my dear hubby. I am in this great abundant place, where everything is possible, and he suddenly made a frustrated and loud comment about something we cannot afford. In my world there are no such things, to me it is only a decision to get it, and then the money will manifest itself. So in our household it is "old school" meets the "new thinking", which actually is rather old thinking, because these are eternal universal laws, that has been around way longer than anything manmade. So it often happens that our worlds collide. For these situations I need a strategy to stay focused.
1. GRATITUDE
First thing in my mind is gratitude. I am so grateful I have him in my life. He teaches me to strengthen my thinking, helps me to grow and become more and more focused. It is inevitable that after I reach my centered and abundant mindset again, I am more focused than ever.
2. TIMEOUT
There is something that pushes my button on that subject. It is my sore spot no doubt. It usually is. So I let go of that. Leave the room and take a moment to yourself. Here are few practices how you can let go of unwanted feeling or thought:
a. Close your eyes, take 3 deep breaths in and out. Continue breathing and let your thoughts guide you to the part of your body you are holding that thought, that "sore spot". In your mind release the thought and replace it with bright white light.
b. You can also take the thought and use purple light to burn that thought that thought and then fill the place with loving white light.
c. Sometimes you get the images from the past, that have created that thought pattern for you. In this example it could be guilt of spending, thinking saving the money would make you a better person, or scare of losing what it is you have, whatever thought, feeling or belief you are holding.
It is not necessary to know the exact thought what made you react, you can let go of it, without knowing or understanding it any deeper, just be willing to let go of that.
3. FORGIVE
Forgive that person who set you off your balance, and forgive yourself for letting your own fear resonate with other persons fear. It is perfectly normal, when you are growing and expanding your thinking. Also realize that often the fears in other people surfaces when they are around you, because of your vibration and higher energy you are holding.
4. MOVE ON
a. Find a thought that lifts your spirits like your favorite desire or do something that you love doing.
b. Sometimes I end up writing a gratitude list to bring me to my center.
Hope some of these practices help you when the down spiral strikes and you get back to be your loving, magnificent manifesting master.
